How to Apply
Applying for PGY-1 Positions
Garden City Hospital accepts applications through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS) for first year (PGY1) positions. The following programs are accreditated by the ACGME and participates in the NRMP (National Resident Match Program). Those selected for an interview will receive an invitation via email or telephone.
- Emergency Medicine
- Family Medicine
- Internal Medicine
- Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Transitional Rotating Internship
General Surgery and Orthopaedic Surgery Programs are currently working towards ACGME accrediation. No opening are available for these programs.
Applying to the Cardiology Fellowship
Only residents who have completed an Internal Medicine Residency may apply for the Cardiology Fellowship. Applications must be submitted via ERAS, and this program does not participate in a match; applicants who are offered a position will be contacted directly.
