Reintroducing fitness into your life can be challenging, but once you do
you may quickly realize the many health benefits. Regular exercise can
help improve mood, reduce stress, help with weight loss, build strong
muscles and reduce your risk of chronic diseases like heart disease, stroke,
diabetes and some cancers. It's recommended the average person gets
at least 150 minutes (or 2.5 hours) of exercise per week. This
Passport to Good Health challenge is about meeting this fitness goal.
How do you achieve your 150 minutes of exercise per week? Share with us using the form below for your chance to win a healthy prize.
