Technology today has become a large part of most of our daily lives. While
our screen time can be used very effectively for work, news, communication
and more, too much screen time can lead to a variety of health issues
like eye strain, poor posture, headaches, obesity and depression. That's
why it's important to remember to give yourself a break. This
Passport to Good Health challenge is about learning how to "Unplug." For this challenge,
we want to see if you can
go screen-free for at least one hour per day. Whether this means removing screens from dinnertime, engaging in more
screen-free activities or using screen-free alternatives, we want to challenge
you to go screen-free! How do you unplug? Submit below for a chance to
win a prize.
