Anti-Aging Berry Smoothie










At just under 150 calories per serving, this treat does more than satisfy your taste buds. It can also help stop signs of aging. Get your blender out and try this delicious guilt-free smoothie!

• 1 cup non-fat or low-fat chocolate milk
• 1/4 cup unsweetened green tea
• 1 1/2 cups frozen mixed raspberries, strawberries, blueberries and blackberries

1. Pour chocolate milk, green tea and mixed berries into blender and blend until smoothie has reached desired consistency.

2. Pour smoothie into glass and serve cold with mint leaf garnish.
