Tim Weise, of Rehabilitation Therapies, is now the Chairman of the Board for the Westland Chamber of Commerce. Tim is a Senior Speech-Language Pathologist,and acts as the Community Liaison for the department

Tim has been a member of Westland’s chamber for the past eight years. Prior to being elected Chairman of the Board, Tim was the Vice-President of Finance and Operations, Chamber Ambassador, and an active member of the Marketing Committee. His commitment to represent GCH in the community is one he takes great pride in.

“As an employee of Garden City Hospital, a community hospital, it makes sense to have a presence and a familiar face out and about where our customers live and work,” said Tim. “It allows us to promote and update the community about the hospital’s work, ‘generation to generation’.”

As Chairman, Tim will facilitate and run board meetings and participate in all chamber functions, and is invited to all chamber committee meetings for review of action. Congratulations Tim!
