This class will move slowly so that each student can really tap into their inner self, but will also incorporate flowing movements to help generate heat and create fluidity in their movements. It is excellent for developing grace, flexibility, balance, core, bone, and muscular strength, promote healthy backs and regulate weight. You will explore breathing and relaxation techniques to reduce stress. Suitable for all levels. Modifications are offered for body type, fitness level and ability.
