This fun class will get your whole body moving and is designed for adult women of all fitness levels. Polynesian Aerobics uses the graceful arm movements of Hawaii and the exciting hip isolations of Tahiti to build strength in your legs and core as well as improve balance and coordination. This is also a great cardio workout!
Different levels of exercises will be shown so each participant can work at their own level. As you advance, hand weights can be added to increase the benefits. Some floor work is incorporated so participants may bring a mat and/or towel to class.
