Vinyasa literally translates to "movement with breath". This practice includes asanas held slightly longer to ignite your body's internal heat and allow deep release to occur, excellent for developing grace, flexibility, core and muscular strength, balance, and stress reduction. Your inner chemistry shifts towards a biological balance allowing you to experience peace and tranquility.
6 months of Yoga experience required. Bring sticky mat and firm blanket.
