This is an invigorating exercise program designed to help you get up and get moving, and is the perfect compliment to your diet program. These classes will help you to make an easy transition back to an exercise program or help you to get started for the first time. Get Up & Move is designed for the individual who is intimidated by the quick pace of the big gyms. Each exercise session will begin with a light warm up, followed by low impact aerobic exercise. An exercise specialist/physiologist will then lead you through strength training and stretching, and class will end with a relaxing cool down.
