"Dr. Stan" Sczecienski, Medical Director at GCH's Center for Sports Medicine, has assembled an elite panel of national experts to speak on a variety of health issues affecting today's young athletes. Topics to include Updates in Concussion Therapy, Proper Athletic Training Techniques, Importance of Conditioning and Proper Rehabilitation, Athletes and Sudden Cardiac Death and a Breakout Workshop to include CPR Techniques, Functional Evaluations and Proper Taping and Splinting Techniques. Speakers to include Dr. James Moriarity from Notre Dame University, Dr. Steve Karageanes from DMC, Dr. Emmanuel Papasifakis from GCH, and Jason Arapoff from the Detroit Lions.

Participants can earn five (5) State Continuing Education Clock Hours (SCECH) while learning new life-saving information.
